My name is Marinda, and becoming a mom has been the dream that’s lived in my heart for as long as I can remember.
When I was 19, I was told that motherhood might never be possible for me. That moment changed everything—but it never broke my hope. I’ve spent years fighting for the chance to build a family of my own, working hard and doing everything in my power to make that dream real.

Life, however, has a way of throwing unexpected challenges. Between major car expenses and the decline of my 18-year-old senior dog—my baby for nearly two decades—my savings for IVF were wiped out, and I had to put my journey on hold.

Recently, something incredible happened: I was granted a one-time opportunity through the government’s IVF funding program.
But the funding doesn’t cover everything. There are still major costs for donor medication, clinic fees, and other essential treatments—expenses I simply cannot cover on my own right now.

At 40, my egg reserve is low, and time is no longer on my side. This may truly be my one and only chance to experience motherhood biologically. Asking for help is something I never imagined I’d have to do, but this dream means everything to me.

I’m reaching out with all the vulnerability and hope in my heart.
